Terms And Conditions
DEFINITIONS
‘Company’ is Spin And Shake or their subcontractors or agents.
‘Client’ is the person hiring the equipment or services from the Company.
‘Period of Hire’ is the period from installation by the Company and collection by the company or, where the client is installing equipment themselves this period is from receipt of the equipment to its return to the company.
‘Deposit’ is the amount of money payable to Spin And Shake Bartender Hire to guarantee the booking.
1. CONDITIONS
Unless stated in writing all bookings are accepted subject to the Terms and Conditions of hiring stated below.
2. HIRE CHARGES
(a) The charges laid out in the quote are for hire only and not for the purchase of equipment. The quote is valid for 7 days from the date stated on the quote.
(b) A 50% deposit of the total hire cost is required upon booking and the booking is not confirmed until the deposit and the completed booking form are received by Spin And Shake.
(c) If the booking is made three months or less before the equipment delivery/collection date a 50% deposit will be required.
(d) Full payment is required 7 days before the period of hire commences.
(e) Our quotes are only available for 7 days, after that the prices could change depending on availability.
3. PAYMENT
(a) Payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated in the Company’s quotation.
(b) Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit or credit card.
4. LOSS OR DAMAGE
(a) The Client shall, during the Period of Hire be responsible for the maintenance and safe
custody of the Company’s equipment.
(b) The Client must be satisfied with the equipment before use and notify the Company of any incorrect deliveries or unacceptable equipment at the point of delivery/installation.
(c) Any damage caused to the equipment during the Period of Hire will be charged to the Client on a replacement value basis.
(d) Where glassware has been hired breakages or losses are chargeable to the Client.
5. CANCELLATION
a) If the Client cancels the booking at least 30 days before the event date, will be entitled of 50% refund of the deposit paid.
b) There will be no refunds of either deposit or remaining balance, if the Client cancels the booking after the 30 days of notice that we require.
c) Rescheduling is possible only if the Client provides at least 14 days’ notice. The new event date must be chosen based on Spin and Shake availability.
d) Full refund applies only in case of national lockdowns.
(e) Downgrading a package previously booked will not be possible unless agreed in advance before making the booking.
(f ) We do not take responsibility if the client has provided Spin and Shake with the wrong event date. Refunds will not be available if a different date has been booked to Spin and Shake. Reschedules will not be possible on busy seasons as Spin and Shake may be fully booked.
( g ) Spin and Shake has the right to cancel the booking if the venue is not accessible with our mobile bars. A functioning lift is needed if the location is not on ground floor.
( h ) In case of a tube/train or bus strike, the client can request to reschedule the event on a later date. The date needs to be confirmed with Spin and Shake first. No refunds are available in case of tube/train or bus strike.
6. DELIVERIES FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES
1. All address information supplied by the Client must be complete and accurate. Spin and Shake requires a full name, a full postal address and contact number for the recipient. Any goods damaged or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information will not be refunded and any claims will be voided.
6.2. All address information and the final selection of goods must be confirmed in writing by the Client no less than 14 days prior to the agreed delivery date.
6.3. Once delivery has been attempted by Spin and Shake or their designated courier service, responsibility for the goods passes to the Client and will not be refunded in the event of loss or damage.
6.4. Goods must be paid for in full prior to the goods being dispatched.
6.5. It is the Client’s responsibility to receive and check the goods, once delivered the Client accepts responsibility for all goods. Any damages or defects must be reported within 72 hours.
6.6. For goods dispatched to an address outside of the UK, Spin and Shake does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or delays to the arrival of those goods once the goods have left the UK.
6.7. If the designated courier service fails to deliver or damage the goods, you will be refunded for the value of the goods. Spin and Shake will not be providing another delivery unless paid by the Client.
6.8. We do not except cancelations or refunds after the cocktail boxes have been sent or received to the client.
7. PACKAGES
- Spin and Shake does not take responsibilities for the package choose by the client. Any concerns or questions must be communicated to Spin and Shake before making the booking.
- Any special requests about the packages must be discussed with Spin and Shake before booking. Specific requests may have an additional charge.
- If the client would like a specific brand or product, it needs to be communicated to Spin and Shake. Spin and Shake offers standards and premium packages for the client to choose. Spin and Shake does not take responsibility if the clients fails to read what is included in the packages.
- Spin and Shake do not take responsibility if the package chosen by the client is either too big or too small for the event.
GENERAL…We believe our Terms and Conditions to be fair. We reserve the right to make amendments and improvements to these terms and conditions without notice & any booking is subject to CURRENT terms & conditions
