Reducing Single-Use Plastics

We aim to minimise disposable plastics across our mobile bar operations.

We use paper straws rather than conventional plastic straws and prioritise reusable bar equipment, containers and service items wherever practical. Our fruit and garnish containers are durable and reusable, helping us avoid disposable containers at each event.

Local & Responsible Sourcing

Where possible, we purchase fresh fruit and other ingredients from local suppliers and shops. This allows us to support local businesses while reducing unnecessary supply chains and packaging.

We also aim to purchase according to the requirements of each event, helping us minimise surplus ingredients and food waste.

Waste Reduction

Careful preparation and stock planning are an important part of our approach.

We plan quantities according to guest numbers and event requirements to help reduce unnecessary waste. Where facilities allow, recyclable materials such as glass, cardboard, cans and appropriate packaging are separated for recycling.

We also favour reusable equipment over disposable alternatives wherever operationally possible.

Reusable Equipment

As a mobile bar company, much of our equipment is designed to be used repeatedly across events.

Our bars, bar equipment, garnish containers and other service equipment are cleaned, maintained and reused rather than replaced with disposable alternatives.

Where suitable for the event and venue, we encourage reusable glassware or reusable drinks vessels rather than single-use cups.

Smarter Purchasing

We consider both quality and environmental impact when purchasing supplies.

Where practical, we aim to:

• Select products with recyclable or reduced packaging.
• Purchase in larger formats where this reduces individual packaging.
• Avoid unnecessary single-use products.
• Use reusable alternatives wherever they are practical and hygienic.
• Work with local suppliers where possible.
• Order appropriate quantities to minimise unused stock and waste.

Transport & Event Logistics

As a mobile business, transport is an important part of our environmental footprint.

We aim to plan event logistics efficiently, consolidating equipment and supplies into as few journeys as reasonably possible and avoiding unnecessary trips to and from venues.

Cleaning & Operations

We aim to use water, cleaning products and consumables responsibly during event preparation, service and clean-down.

Where practical, we choose reusable cleaning materials and avoid unnecessary use of disposable products.
